What's oekaki? It's an online drawing pad to put it simply. Much like a program such as photoshop or paintshop pro or painter (except these work within your browser window), these boards are now packed with all the tools (layers, huge color palettes, magic wands, brush shapes of all sorts, even an undo/redo) you need to make some pretty nifty art. After your masterpiece is finished, you submit it to the posting archives where other artists and web-surfers can look at your art and in most cases even give feedback. It's very fun and /very/ addictive *^.^*

An unfinished mini-story I started on the Closetcoon Oeaki board. A genetically engineered fox escapes from the lab and finds his way to the home of an unsuspecting husky and ferret couple.

Mini-story arc based on characters from the webcomic, Closetcoon. Say hello to Duma, the cheetah. While Colin and Aiden are still working out their relationship (and Colin is still down with a broken leg), Duma enters the stage with the hots for Aiden.

Mini-story arc based on characters from the webcomic, Closetcoon. The idea was that Aiden, the Raccoon, writes a love letter of sorts to Colin. The letter is accidentally torn and when Aiden finds it, assumes Colin ripped it up. Also, Rick, a wolf friend of Colin's and a jock-type, threatens Aiden to stay clear - which is why Aiden sneaks in the dorm.

The oekaki board I primarily used was hosted on the same site as the comic, so many of the oekaki pictures I drew were based on characters from the comic. In this little arc, three of the characters go for a weekend camping trip to get Aiden, the raccoon character, away from college and cheer him up a bit. There is momentary drama (or potential drama) that's quickly resolved (give me a break, I'm not a writer.) More or less, the story just flowed in whatever way I was inspired, and actually wasn't drawn in the exact sequence of events in some cases. I've tried to order them in approximately the right order of events.
